Strengthening EIPL’s Digital Capability Through Practical, Hands-On AI Learning

The EIPL team coming together for a full day of hands-on AI learning and digital readiness.

On 22 October 2025, the EIPL team took a meaningful step in its digital transformation journey through a full-day AI workshop at SSA Academy, Lifelong Learning Institute. The session brought staff together to understand how AI can simplify work, improve accuracy, and support faster decision-making across the organisation.

The workshop focused on practical application where staff learned the differences between AI and automation, explored machine learning concepts, and experimented with prompt engineering to produce clearer and more accurate AI outputs. A key highlight was the n8n automation lab, where staff built simple, no-code workflows to automate tasks such as email sorting, data logging, and basic reporting, showing how everyday tasks can be completed consistently and in the background.

To continue the momentum, staff were introduced to a 7-Day AI Confidence Challenge, encouraging them to try one small AI-related action each day, from testing a new prompt to automating one real task. The challenge aims to turn curiosity into capability and build confidence gradually.

Speaking on behalf of management, Mr. Ghazali Embi emphasised that Emaan’s AI journey began last year and that this workshop strengthens the organisation’s readiness for the future. He highlighted that AI is here to support staff, not replace them, and that building digital literacy today will shape tomorrow’s workflows.

The session closed with a renewed message for the staff as they recognise that adopting AI starts with an open mindset, a willingness to explore, and a commitment to continuous learning, qualities that will guide EIPL as it moves toward a more digital and efficient future.
