As our HR & Admin Officer, you will:

  • Talent Acquisition Maestro: Take ownership of the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and select the best talent to drive our success.
  • New Hire Champion: Conduct engaging orientation programmes for new recruits, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive induction into our company culture and procedures.
  • Learning & Development Advocate: Organize and coordinate our training and development plan, ensuring our team possesses the necessary competencies and stays compliant with statutory requirements.
  • Strategic Partner: Work closely with the management team to deliver key HR initiatives and provide valuable operational support aligned with our business goals.
  • Document Management Guardian: Assist in maintaining our document management system in accordance with the company’s ISO policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Employee Welfare Advocate: Process Group Insurance administration for staff and ensure compliance with relevant employment acts, prioritizing employee well-being.
  • Performance & Growth Facilitator: Assist the HRM in the annual performance assessment and salary review cycles, contributing to a fair and transparent process.
  • Employee Relations Catalyst: Assist in resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances with empathy and professionalism, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Culture Cultivator: Assist in organizing corporate social responsibility and welfare activities, promoting team engagement and a strong sense of community.
  • Operational Supporter: Undertake a variety of ad-hoc administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.


What you bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in a HR and/or administrative role, with exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • A strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant employment laws in Singapore.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with people at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A genuine passion for fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in HR are a plus.
