Behind every inspection, there’s a human commitment to safety.
Meet Muhammad Ikhsan Bin Sapuan, an X at Emaan Inspection, one of the many professionals who ensure your equipment is inspected with precision and care.
“I Thought I Was Done—Turns Out, I Was Just Getting Started”
I spent 32 years in HDB. That’s more than half my life. When I left, people assumed I’d retire quietly. Truth is, I wasn’t ready. I had just gotten my LEI certification and still had this fire in me to learn more, to do more.
I didn’t want to settle. I wanted to keep growing. That’s when I found Emaan Inspection.

Joining them opened doors I never imagined. Suddenly, I was working with lift systems I’d never touched in my entire career. I was stepping into spaces I’d only heard about—water reclamation plants, food processing factories, shipyards. One week I was investigating incidents, the next I was testing Alimaks at the F1 circuit. It felt like I had opened a new chapter I didn’t know I needed.
But the part that really surprised me? Mentoring. I’d never thought of myself as a teacher. Yet here I am, guiding younger staff, helping contractors, passing on everything I’ve learned. It’s strangely fulfilling. There’s something powerful about knowing your experience is helping someone else stand a little taller.
After all these years, it’s not the projects or the sites that make me proud—it’s the feeling that I still matter. That I’m still learning. That I’m not just working, but growing. And honestly, that’s what keeps me going every day here in this company.”
At Emaan, we believe people make the process. And we’re proud of the team that protects lives and powers performance.
