This partnership brings together Emaan Inspection’s established strengths in regulatory and inspection services with Stellar Structures’ expertise in civil and structural engineering.
With over 45 engineers and partner architects across Singapore, Malaysia, and Dubai, the firm focuses on four core areas:
- M&E Engineering – QP submissions and system implementation
- Civil & Structural – Structural design, supervision, and approvals
- AE Inspections – MOM-certified inspections for lifts, cranes, and pressure vessels
- Drone & CP Services – Aerial inspections for high-risk or inaccessible sites
By offering these capabilities under one roof, EMAAN Stellar reduces project delays and simplifies coordination, without compromising technical depth or regulatory standards.
The leadership team comprises Er Mohd Kahliab Zainal Abidin and Er Ghazali Embi, from Emaan Inspection, and PE Aman Aboobucker from Stellar Structures, bringing decades of experience in mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering.
